Knowing we'd be visiting Philadelphia, a friend sent us to Spruce St. Espresso. We're both still learning about coffee, but we had no idea what an eye-opener we'd get at this cafe. We tried the Idido Misty Valley pour-over and were bowled over by a most insistent blueberry scent, and then strawberry, melon and other fruity notes as we drank it. I had no idea a cup of coffee could be a stroll through so many sunny fields of ripening fruit.

Thanks, Aaron, for making us feel welcome in Philadelphia and for providing us with a memorable coffee experience.
